I like 4-5 long carrots, 1/2 lemon (w/out rines), 1 big apple, and a bunch of kelp and/or spinach leaves in my veggie drink...YUM!

What kind of juice would you put the celery in to make a nice drink. It sounds like something to try anyway.

 i love celery with peanut butter. I also like it with cream cheese and dip. I can make a lot of different ways with celery.

I already knew this, but I'm not a huge fan of celery.  I can only eat it with peanut butter or if it's in a recipe, so that it's not so bland.
