Whatever age she wants to or can no longer provide for them financially, physically, mentally.

My mother had me when she was 41.  I was her 5th pregnancy.  Called me the best thing that ever happened to her from menopause.  As long as a woman is healthy.  Is emotionally, spiritually, and financially healthy and has the support bringing a child into the world and raising till it's 18 - by all means than if her body allows pregnancy - than go for it.

That is obviously an individual decision based on your particular situation both physically and financially.  But if you decide to have children after 40, you should first picture yourself as a senior citizen with a teenager to raise. Whoa! :sad1: :BangHead: :dontknow:
