I got it a couple of times. I wonder if some videos have a certain number of clicks allowed per person, or a campaign total, so first come first served, or whether there is even a time frame for clicking the videos as many times as you can. Just thinking out loud.. I only got 2 clicks on it compared to your 5 clicks. But then I also watched this ad on another couple of sites, so I probably got over 10 clicks spread over various sites.

Anyone know how these campaigns work?

Well I am a gamer and I actually play the Halo series. I AM EXCITED for Halo 4 and I don't mind watching the video multiple times.
