Wow!  Why does a pleasure have to have guilt attached to it?  I'll never feel guilty for something that pleases me.  Although I can see a few people TRYING to make me feel guilty!  Haha!!!

Mine would have to be cheesecake.  Probably chocolate cheese cake is the worst VICE of all.

We should never feel guilty for feeling pleasure. If our pleasure causes someone else to feel pain, then yes we should feel guilty. But most of the time this is not the case. Terms like "guilty pleasure" are used by those who cannot be happy no matter what they do. They don't want others to feel happy, and there fore make other's feel guilty for feeling happy. This is why depression and unhappiness can spread like a disease.

Never let someone else make you feel guilt. Healthy guilt comes from within.
