I'm not sure what $5 requirement you are talking about. Are you talking about the $15 in offers requirement? If so, everything you complete goes toward that $15. The only things that don't count are the bonuses.....like the $3 forum bonus, $1 payment picture bonus, referral bonuses, contest and promotion bonuses, and any other bonuses that are randomly awarded.
