I get the same error message.................AHHHHH!!!  Oh, well I'll try again tomorrow.  It may only be $0.50 but they all add up and every little bit counts.     ;)

Couldn't even get to the point to see the terms and conditions....Is that what this is?  I thought it was a survey panel for owners of smart phones?

Is this survey qualifying only if you have a cell phone?  I do not use a cell phone, at least for now.

FYI FOR ALL.................I signed up for this panel through another site and it is a survey panel for cell phone users.  They send you surveys via e-mail regarding cell phone issues and reward you for your participation.  I only had to enter the last 4 digits of my cell phone number.  Just thought everyone would like to know.    ;)
