Brittish Rap Music

Does anyone here understand Brittish rap? It sounds so beautiful, but the meaning is said and then turned around to sound like it might mean something else. I think the Brittish do better with the sound, but its so hard to understand the meaning even when you know the words. For an example go to youtube and type in Sid and Joe Take the Pain Away. What does the song mean?

Its like they try to be so into getting you to think that you get confused. Its not like American rap, what I have heard has been clean sounding. Only thing is they try to have a very hard thought process that goes back and forth. They will say one thing and then flip it so you don't really know their side of what they are saying. Its like are you saying one thing or the other?
