FC is only available for U.S. and Canadian residents only.

I've noticed that a lot of sites are open to places like only the US, England, Canada, etc. (and many times Australia and New Zealand),  and if they have members outside of these areas I've noticed in the "chat boxes" that they either don't have many offers for them or they don't credit properly (even more than us).
