Never heard of a pork leg! Haha!  :P

Turkey, so many people make that for Thanksgiving dinner.  :-[
I say go with the Ham. Make a honey-glazed ham with mash potatoes, green bean casserole and dinner rolls. Also you could make Apple Pie or some theme-baked pie or cake. That is always a good hit with family members that come over for dinner. Good Luck!

I've never had a new year's "dinner" before - it always tended to be more of leftovers or potluck.  Snacking the night before (EVE), and on New Year's day was typical sports foods or frozen pizza for the football games.

I don't make anything special just another day so another meal.  When I worked in the inhome care service I had a few clients that would have black eyed peas for dinner with cornbread.

If limited to those three choices, I would have to go with the ham.  We don't normally have a special New Year's dinner, so it could turn out to be almost anything.
