This is a good way to make some money you do have to work at it.  I have cashed out twice since I've been a member and wish I could do more but my days sometimes are so demanding.  I fair out pretty good though.  I wish I had found out about this site years ago!

Your wishing for the wrong thing. Wish you were better at getting referrals.  Read around the forum and learn to get referrals, because the offers may change for better but they will still only bring you but so much. Good luck!

You have to put work into it, maybe set a daily goal for yourself mines is to reach aleast $1 a day.

Welcome, I'm also a newbie here just not as new as you. I just did my first cash-out.
Hang in there, I find it helps to have a routine in place. I always start with my daily cash email, then the fusion cash daily paid to click, the daily videos, etc. Find what you like doing and keep it up, you'll be making more money in no time.
