Paid to call

Please explain this......Why is it that when you read the rules for paid to call,It states you're allowed 8 calls per 30day month period.But when you get done with your 6th one,it stops you dead in your tracks after the 6th one?

what happen to the paid to call there gone only one is satilite and i do not want to have sailite does anyone know
if there comming back this is not fun that were i made alot money there
