I'm getting in to the dried fruit chips too.
Very tasty.

Sunflower seeds and almonds will help keep Alzheimer's away.  An apple a day still keeps the doctor away.  I can make a meal of homemade guacamole or salsa with chips.  For something sweet try greek yogurt over berries topped with cacao nibs (raw chocolate), tastes decadent, but so good for you.   ;D :star:

I like sunflower seeds, raisins and peanuts.  I use to buy Little Debbie 100 calorie snack cakes, but they are hard to fine now.  Fruit is good also.

My favorites are cucumbers, nuts, bananas, and grapes, basically I love fruits and some vegetables. I feel so much better when I eat healthy, but when I get the cravings for junk food,I start to feel like I don't have any energy, and that's just not good for a curious person like me; I must have plenty of energy, to continue my adventure of  nosiness! :dontknow:

I found Garden of Life has a choice of antioxidant chocolate bars.
Also, I saw some peleo bars and fruit flavored chia chocolate bars.
I sometimes drink Ginseng Up as a snack.

The healthiest "snacks" are the ones you make at home - like your own trail mix, or granola bars.  There are many recipes that can be found and they are really easy to make and fun too.  Best of all, they taste great and AT LEAST YOU KNOW THERE ARE NO PRESERVATIVES IN THEM!!!!

Lately, I've been snacking on plain nonfat greek yogurt with slivered almonds.  It doesn't spike my blood sugar, it's low in sodium, it's a source of friendly bacteria, it's high protein and the right kind of fat.

Have a great day!

I eat Walnuts or Almonds, they are healthy snacks when eaten in moderation.
