It is pending I think for several reasons.
1. So they can wait and see if any company revokes credit, sometimes it makes you fall bellow cashout thus getting denied
2. So they can process everything at the same time, it's cheaper this way
3. To verify our credits?

From what I have read in the Forum this is correct. Seems it basically concerns Fusion Cash verifying with their sponsors/clients that the offers have been completed and credit has been verified.

Funds go into a Pending state so that they can verify completion and make sure nothing has been revoked or changed

After you've requested your payment, it goes to a pending state so that fusion cash is able to verify that the advertisers are going to allow your payment. This gives them the opportunity to revoke credit for advertisers that are not going to pay.

I think it is also a way of letting you know what you have submitted to them.  It helps you keep track.

It also gives them the opportunity to email you today (2/18/13) or maybe tomorrow and let you know that your cashout has been approved and will be sent out shortly.

In addition to FC's notice, I also got a notice from PAYPAL that the cashout had been deposited.  Love 'em both!
