Today's (2-14-13) FC Survey, "Easy Brands Awareness Survey"

Clicked on the link and got an ERROR that never connected me to the survey.  There were no indications on what kind of "error" this was; just a page that said ERROR.  When my FC Paid Survey page refreshed, this survey was still there so I tried again and got the message that I "already participated in this survey," which, of course, I didn't.  As of right now, the survey is still on my page, I'm not able to take it because of the error, and didn't receive the penny for it, either.  Anyone else????

I didn't qualify for it, but I did not get an error and was given the penny. I did that one about 6 hours ago. Maybe there is a problem with it now. Did you try any of the other ones and are you having problems with those as well. I see there are a bunch more on the page now.

I've had that happen a couple of times before but not on this survey.  However, I qualified and took this same survey on 02-12 but had not been paid for it.  I got the screen that thanked me and said I would be credited but did not credit.  I turned in a support ticket on it the same day and got a response this am saying could take 7 days to be credited so I'm crossing my fingers that I will eventually get credited.  If not, it won't be the first time.

Same kind of thing happens to me a lot on FC Surveys. Today I clicked on "Start Survey" and was immediately disqualified because I started the survey. Same survey remained on the FC Surveys page after refresh. Discouraging stuff it is.

I didn't qualify on this survey or any other today, but I did get a penny for trying it.  It took awhile for that credit to show up though.  It did not show up right after I was disqualified.  So you may want to check your account again and see if you at least got the penny for the attempt.

I didn't have this happen with this particular survey, but that has been something that I've seen in the past.

Today I had three different fusion cash surveys show up on my dashboard, but unfortunately I didn't qualify for any of them.

i saw this survey along with several others.  i completed 2 of the other ones but never got credit for them.  normally i see my credit within a few minutes.  one of them i did not qualify for but never got my penny.  and the easy brands survey i never even got to try because when my page refreshed after trying the other ones, this one was gone.  this was a lousy day altogether.

well i spoke too soon.  when i went back to check my account, i now see where they finally credited me for those surveys.  so thank you fusioncash.  i guess this is an example of how we should not jump the gun.

I, too, just had a very similar experience on the FC Surveys list.  I was attempting to take the "Grocery Study for Residents in your Area" survey on that page and got the initial page that asks gender and ethnicity.  After that, I got a message that said "Proxy Error    Error Reading From Remote Server".  The page went black as usual, but the survey did not remove from the list, so of course I, too, went back to it.  And, of course, it says "you have already taken this survey."

That just happened to me today, for that same survey.  This happened right when I joined (a different survey, of course), and I contacted Support.  They just apologized, but of course I didn't get credit.

I wonder if it depends on what browser you are using?  I'm using Chrome, but if I switch to IE, would it work?  I'll try it later and let you know.

I don't think it's got anything to do with the browser, really.  I use Firefox and normally don't have any error problems.  I think it's got more to do with the survey company's servers.  Nonetheless, after a day or so, that particular survey was wiped from my FC survey page and I never did get credited.  Oh, well!

I used IE and was able to take the survey without any problems.  Same thing happened today, for a different survey.  It wouldn't work with Chrome, so I opened IE and all was fine.

unfortunately  it is most likely that you won't get paid even the penny for this survey and it may take a few more days for it to fall off your list, unfortunately the only thing you can do is rack it up to experience and move on. You will just frustrate yourself more if you keep trying to make it work. Support tickets most likely won't help you
