I don't want to ruin this discussion, but I feel that I have to mention that nothing can make me smile today. I'm stressed about going to the hospital and staying in a small room for about 3-5 days. Physicians have to conduct an EEG to collect data from my brain to do research on me after I had anxiety with syncope for such a long while.

Honestly, just seeing this post topic made me smile! I think it's a really sweethearted topic, and something that is a wonderful idea. It's good to be able to sit back and reflect upon the good that happens in our lives. Not to mention... it's heartening to see what other people are posting on here, too, about what good is going on in their lives.

I've been babysitting my two great-nephews over the summer.  They drive me bat-poop insane but I love every minute of them.  They're getting old enough to start staying by themselves soon so I won't have them as often.  Today they came in worn out and tired from staying up too late, now they're actually taking a nap.  I can't help but smile as I look at their handsome faces sleeping so peacefully.

I got to spend a few hours at the largest bookstore in my home town. That may not sound like much, but I am a bookworm and could spend a whole day in a bookstore.
