How long after I cash does it take for the status to go from pending to approved?

Normally about 30 days if you cash out before the end of the month. When payment is approved, normally on or before the 20th of the month, status should change to approved.

It doesn't go from pending to approved until you are actually paid, so it will stay pending until around March 20th.

The 20th of the following month. It shouldn't matter to you too much. As long as you're doing everything correctly, there shouldn't be any worry of a payment being denied.
