Can anybody tell me why the church of christ does not believe in music?

at my church we sign, God likes it when we adore Him threw music.

Music in general is fine; it's just "instrumental" music "in worship services" that we have a problem with.  Nowhere in the New Testament are we given the authority to use instruments in worship, but are commanded rather to "sing and make melody to the lord in [our] hearts" (Ephesians 5:19).

4Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.
5Sing unto the LORD with the harp; with the harp, and the voice of a psalm.
6With trumpets and sound of cornet make a joyful noise before the LORD, the King.
Psalms 100 etc.

If you're uncomfortable then that's a means it's time to find a new church... (seek God on it, then give a formal letter after you've gotten your answer.)
Whatever you do, do it peacefully.
