I guess in terms of the score and points they got, it wasn't great or impressive, but in terms of result, it was important because playing at Mexico, the US Soccer Team, had one other tie in their history playing in official competitions and the rest were loses in over 75 years of rivalry. It's worth mentioning they have 1 win at Mexico, achieved last year in a friendly match.

I did not get to see the match, but I heard that the US played very well....Go USA we support you all the way. They have 10 matches in this round to qualify. They will succeed.

I remember seeing that match, the US could have and should have won it. A draw is better than a loss of course, but an away win would have been ideal. The US wasn't playing their best, but they were the better side. Klinsmann really needs to get a solid plan together if he hopes to do well at the World Cup next summer. I do hope the US manage to get further than they did in 2010. If they make it to the Cup that is. They've got to step it up if they want a spot in the tourney, because the other countries in their qualifying group have improved a lot, especially Jamaica.
