Snoring
« on: April 13, 2013, 10:08:03 am »
Lately my husband has been snoring badly!
Last night it sounded like a bear was in bed with me and I had to wake him up twice to get him to stop!

It makes for a bad night of sleep for both of us.

Does anyone else have this problem? And if so, what do you do?!?

Sounds like a bear?  Come to my house, you would swear a jet is landing in my bedroom.  I have no idea how one human can make SO much noise when he sleeps!  I have tried everything and nothing works ( of course talk to him, he doesn't snore).   :BangHead:

I sleep on my side to keep from snoring, otherwise I wake myself up.

I have seen commercials about these nose strips that you put on at bedtime. Try that it may work.

I don't think I snore very loud, but I've been told I talk in my sleep. I was with someone who has snored very loud, so I decide to sleep on the couch instead. I wouldn't wake the person up out of courtesy.

I have the same problem if my husband sleeps on his back, so I make him roll over on his side then it is all quiet. Those nose strips do work, I use them all the time. They help you to breathe better when you have a lot of sinus problems or allergies.

Can you please tell me why is it only the men are snoring and not the women? The men need to start dieting and exercise to give the wives some relief.
