Have you been taken to a "Complete this survey than complete 2 Gold offers, 3 silvers offers, etc for a free $50 giftcard? Did you ever get your gift card? I've done multiple offers like this but never get my reward! Haha!  :P Probably because I don't make a purchase! I was just curious if anyone on FC has made a purchase and received a free gift card/etc from these types of offers?  :dontknow:  :dontknow:

It's been a while since I've read the requirements for the big prize (small print, of course), but I recall after signing up for 3 of this and 4 of that, you then have to get someone else to sign up for the offer as well.

These are offers are not legitimate.  You should never have to pay out money to make money from a survey.

I've never seen or heard of these offers?  Here on FC?  Weird.

One day we were at work and it was a boring slow day, we got one of these offers.  We took turns, in all it was a total of 45 minutes and we were STILL getting offers to try, but no cards..  We knew it was a scam before tried but we wanted to see how long it would take.  Bottom line.......we gave up  :BangHead:

I think I tried a few of those early on when I first began doing surveys.  Like anything else, if sounds too good to be true (three question survey for a $50.00 gift card), it probably is.

In THEORY, you have the potential to receive the prize/gift offered...In REALITY, it's never going to happen.  If you follow the path all the way to the end, the offers become increasingly difficult and expensive to complete.  Not to mention the fact that sometimes pop-ups are triggered that produce pages that are identical or similar to the one you're on, so it's confusing as to which path you're supposed to follow.  Assuming you make it to the end, completing all the required offers, chances are you missed some obscure fine print along the way that disqualifies you from receiving your "gift".  If by some miracle you actually end up receiving the stated gift, you will have spent more money along the way than the gift was ever worth to begin with, your inbox is now flooded with junk mail, and your computer now probably contains a frightening amount of spyware.  Bottom line: Not worth it.

I've never went through with any of these but they are ALL OVER the Internet for anything you can think of and I wonder how much money they've actually got people to pay and then sent them nothing.  Definitely don't do any of these because I just don't feel like it's worth doing and then I always wondered even if you do it all would they even send the gift card and elisajoy is proof they don't obviously.  When you run into any of these it's best to close out of them and never look back even if they seem tempting.  I've went through and looked at some of the stuff they want you to complete and it is really not worth it.  You'll end up paying more out of your pocket than what the gift card or "imaginary prize at the end of it all" is even worth.

If you are going to do paid offers I would suggest the simple ones with companies that are legitimate.  I've done a paid offer before but it wasn't on here it was for a game and the offer was for Big Fish games and that was legitimate.  You get to download a game for a low price and the story puzzle of the game is fun it reminds me of Clue the one I downloaded because you have to find different things.  Just a note, I've been reading on the forums people haven't been credited for Netflix or Gamefly after signing up.
