Payment Denied FusionCash won't accept state Driver's license Photo ID - RIPOFF

Unfortunately, we encountered a problem when we tried to approve your faxed identification and we were not able to accept it

This is total B.S. it seems to me that FusionCash simply want people to work for free because I checked my account and the information on it is identical to the fax of my DRIVER's license which is legal PHOTO ID.  This is BULLSHeeT!!!!!

The email I got back was that
 
- there was a problem with the fax itself and it was unreadable, and/or
- the information was incomplete (we require your full name and mailing address), and/or
- the information did not match the name and address on your FusionCash account, and/or
- you did not use the cover page we provided, and/or
- you did not write and sign your name at the bottom of the cover sheet

Hell no!!!!!  I did EVERYTHING above

FoCK YOU FUSION CASH YOU ARE  RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!

It says to :
- Fax a different form of identification such as a credit card or utility bill in addition to photo ID



 
WTF?!?!?! I sent this 3 weeks ago and a couple of days before payout that say that it is NFG. I am sorry op that you are experiencing this problem but I can assure you that Fusion Cash DOES in fact pay.
Im not sure what the issue is, why you are faxing id but I can assure you it can be worked out. Please get whatever
you need done so you can receive your money, its not helping you at all to make a rant post like this in the forum.

Hmm...I know I've had scam emails claiming to be from sites like this before, asking for credit card information, utility bills or bank information but it's a third party scam and turns out not to be from the site. I wouldn't give credit card, banking or utility billing info to ANY website because I got an email asking for it and I don't care whether they were approved by BBB, the FCC, the CIA or God Himself. Not to say 100% for certain that's what's happening here but that doesn't sound right.

Put in a ticket to support directly, you might get a better answer. I've only cashed out here once using paypal but received it with no issues, like a lot of people here. It would be interesting to find out what happened. I would agree it sounds odd but this really isn't the appropriate way to get it addressed. Good luck!

Fusion Cash does indeed pay.  I have received several cashouts with absolutely no problem and do not recall every having to fax in a drivers license or any other type of ID.

Look - they didn't  even give me the pdf form so I can resend the damn thing. I am looking for it right now so I can resend along with my electric bill. I have no idea why they rejected it other than instead of blowing up my ID 150% at 4.5 inches the copy that I gave them was 7 inches. I figured the bigger the better.  I  kept a copy of the fax and I just going to use that with a smaller ID image of 150% and electric bill.

This is total B.S. Why? becuase is FusionCash really wanted to pay out they wouldn't give me a canned reject notice within 1 working day to address it.

On the 04/08/2013 they sent me and email that stated: "We have received your identification via fax. Please allow 7-14 business days for it to be reviewed and processed. Once we have reviewed your submission, you will receive another notification email with the results."

They aren't going to pay me - the foot-dragging and short time notice to fix this make it obvious that overburdensome paperwork will have me denied and then FusionCash will blame the victim (me) for noncompliance.

That is really strange because I didn't have to fax over any form of ID to get paid. I think the most revealing thing I did was verify my phone number. FusionCash is legit business and it does indeed pay. Perhaps you did something to warrant them need official ID. And I assure you it takes a while for stuff to get approved, payment, bonuses, etc.

I'm having a hard time understanding why they required ID from you as well. You might fax a note along with your resubmission asking why they needed it in the first place. Perhaps the initial fax didn't come through clear enough for them to verify?? Irregardless, try to stay calm. This really is a legitimate site....I've been here for almost 3 years and have never had any issues. Once you get it all worked out, you'll be glad to be a part of the FC family!!

Not Sure What is Going on Here and with your rant issue, I don't like reading forum postings trashing FusionCash. They do pay out! and I don't think the FusionCash Staff would even ask you to fax a Credit Card Number or a utility bill or A state ID. Doesn't sound right to me! You may of been a scam victim of some sort. I would NEVER EVER give out such information to anybody or any site! I don't care who you are you have no right to ask for such information. If you were a Scam Victim of some sort you have more worries to think about now like ID Theft.. Why or Why would you do this at all? Sorry to hear about your issue but please don't trash FusionCash, we all get frustrated but doing this is not cool at all. You're very lucky your forum posting has not gotten FLAGGED YET. Or that FusionCash has not ended your membership with them.....

i have never had your problems nor have i had to jump thru the hoops that you have i suspect that you jhave ran into some kink of scam  put in  a support ticket and work this out but i would not send out any more info until you find out what is going on fusion cash does pay  its is worth it to clear this matter up good luck

I've received from $400 from here so they do pay. The fact that you're having issues doesn't mean that there is a problem with the site. The problem has something to do with you. It's very rare that people are required to verify their identification so it really is about you and not the site

Nobody is saying you're a liar nor are you the problem,  Just please calm down and submit a support ticket to FusionCash then, Get this worked out with them somehow. I really don't know why they would ask you for these verification items and fax it to them for? you would think your paypal or direct deposit account would be enough proof for them to verify who you are.  The only thing I could make any kind of sense of this would be if your requesting a check in the mail option for your payout? Thanks for posting the FusionCash pic. It still kinda sounds fishy to me and again guy so sorry you are having this kind of problem. I hope everything works out for the best for you and Good Luck!
