My balance?

Hey ya'll! I was browsing around because I haven't been back in a while. I got my first check... and I am a believer!! LOL:) So, I'm back, and very happy to be here. I can't seem to figure out why there is a negative (-) sign proceeding my balance total. As of now it is listed as pasted below:

My guess is that after your payment was approved and sent out, an advertiser must have revoked payment for something.  Unfortunately it happens sometimes

Also, credits expire after 180 days so that might be something you want to look into too if you have been away for awhile!

You haven't been a member long enough for any credits to expire. I would look at your account page and see which credit(s) was denied

Sounds to me like you had a credit revoked after you payment was sent out....you will still get you cashout but you have to get some credits in order to get back into a positive balance for future cashout....hope that helps.....happened to me once before....good luck

Yeah, like other people have said, it looks like something you were credited for way back when was denied after you were already paid. Since you hadn't completed any more offers after you were paid....your balance would have been at $0. Then, if something was denied, it took you into the negative. Also it's not dropping when you are getting credited, it's going up. -.61 is less than -.45.  You will soon be out of the hole and it won't matter.

wow, It is my first time heard $-0.45, does it mean you own FC that amount? How that happen? just because you did not come back for a while??

Wow, that really sucks!    I didn't know that could happen. I've heard of cash outs being denied due to credits being revoked during the 'Pending' process, however, this is a little different since some of your credits were revoked after you received your payment. You'd think that 3 weeks is enough for Admin/Staff to figure out which credits need to be revoked...if any. So now, if you decide to leave FC, are they going to send you a bill for the $-0.61 that you 'owe'? Lol

The truth is that we process these denials with an automated system - so you get the notification usually within 20 minutes of our notification.
It's the advertisers that drag their feet in this process.  Since they pay the bills, we have to be a bit flexible, even though contracts usually require notifications of denials to be delivered in a timely manner.

If you waited too long they may have expired while processing.  You only have 180 days before offers expire.
