Rain Rain Go Away
« on: June 02, 2013, 09:45:40 pm »
Well, two days rain and partly cloudy! Not hot enough to go the pool. So we stayed home straight in 2 days
Summer here everybody jumping in a pool. Oh, how is yall pool feels? Man our community pool feels like
winter. I don't know what  or how they filled up the pool but it is freezing cold. All kids jumped in this pool came up said it very very cold. And I went and put my feet in there yeah its no way ill  jump in this cold pool.
All kids like to enjoy swimming and they always last in pool couple minutes saying cold cold cold. First they open second day and third day the pool kind of warm. And now they said warm.... Anybody here are planning to go on vacation? Yall have great vacation and always Be Safe and Carefully!!! :angel11:  :)

Too bad we can't "channel" the weather to send it to a different part of the world or country.  I'd love to experience the rain here....

in Utah.
Have a great day!

Just send it all our way. We are now in a 14 year cycle of dry weather. Each year has been worse  then the one before. We are praying for rain here. Our whole state is so dry and now the fires are starting. Not as bad as Ca. with all the homes there in the way. Our fires are up in the mountains, but are getting closer to some areas of homes. Oh yeah we are in New Mexico. All of our beatiful lakes are drying up also. If there was a way of sending some of the flood waters our way we would all be grateful. One way would be a large ditch. But Obama sends all the money overseas and there is none left  for all that have has their homes destroyed by tornados and floods and now hurricaine season is starting. But nary a drop for us. We'll pray for you if and would you pray for us. Thanks

you must live in my neck of the woods, ha ha, its been raining here for days, we did have a break yesterday long enough to smoke a pork loin on the grill, that was fun, and watching my husband play waterballoons with the kids, priceless.

Be careful what you wish for.  If the rain goes away you start measuring that swimming pool in how much dust it collects.  The last I checked and I have noticed that they are getting some rain the major lake in the panhandle was down to 27 feet which is the lowest it has been since they closed the gates in the first place.  So from Texas it is bring on the rain the more the better.

It has been raining here so the farmers can't get in the fields to work, so guess what?  I am sure food prices will be going up.
