Videos don't work this morning?

I know we all have our own separate videos, but mine aren't working at all. I've never had trouble with mine before. I've tried clicking refresh and reload and still...nothing. Anyone else having this trouble?

I had an issue too. I clicked for the Trey Songz video and the page is just blank. I am using IE but normally don't have an issue with the v11media videos on this browser

I'm on Firefox and still having trouble.

Yes, I am having trouble also, this is a first for me they usually load pretty quickly but I clicked on three different ones and had the same problem; guess it a technical issue. I will try back later.

My paid to watch videos aren't loading, either.  I guess I can check back later to see if they've been fixed.

I am unsure how to begin a post, I hope someone will see this and help me out (if i can find my way back into here) i keep getting "webpage temp unavailable check back in a few minutes" when i try to cashout.  its my first cashout.  I have been a member on my smartphone, but it ended up in the washing machine (i am BAD with electronics as you can figure out) and im trying to use a friends pc, also a laptop. i keep getting the same error.  Can anyone help???

I've got no problems watching videos today.  Sometimes restarting your computer does the job.

Hi Rich, welcome aboard. First of all, to begin a post there's a small blue button "START A NEW TOPIC" on the forum topic. There was one on the "support" tab that led you here.

Secondly, it's possible that there are just some technical issues on the site today. There are issues with the videos, there may or may not be issues with cashing out. If I were you, I'd wait until later tonight or wait until the end of the month to cash out. Since you're new, you have 180 days before an offer expires (from the date it was approved/completed). You should be fine there. Secondly, you've already missed the cashout for this month (June), so you might want to just keep accruing money until the end of the month. Final cashout dates are the last day of the calendar month. For example, May 31 is the final cashout date to get your payment on (or before) June 20th and so on.


As far as your smartphone, I'm not too tech savvy with those things myself (I have a "dumbphone" that barely even makes calls).

I've restarted my computer multiple times. If everyone's having the same problems, then it's not on our end.

Do you use an Ad Blocker?  If you do, try disabling it on that page only, then refresh.  I found that works for me!

They just weren't working. Once clicked, the videos were just a white screen. The same thing happened to 10+ others.
