I love bbque'd chicken!  Yummy!!  I only eat chicken *bleep* though; I don't like dark meat at all.  My husband does though so it works out pretty good.

Oh man I have so many things I like on the grill.  If done right probably chicken.  There is nothing worse than it being to dry or raw to where you have to throw it away.  Same goes for steak.  I used to do direct sales and did pizza on the grill as a demonstration.  Cool concept but it didn't have the flavor in the crust I was anticipating.  Maybe now that I'm more experienced I should try again.  Maybe I should have better results.

My favorite food to eat grilled is hot dogs, hamburgers, and ribs. I love to eat grilled food in the summertime...that is what I love about summer is that you get to eat your favorite foods.

Steak tips are the best! Plus, I've realized I have a thing for grilled veggies, like zucchini!

My husband does an out of this world, can't get enough barbeque for chicken and ribs.  He mixes up a big old pot of sauce, does both at the same time.  I pre-cook the meat (put it in the oven at 350 when he starts the briquettes) and then he barbeques them dipping over and over until the sauce is all gone....crispy, thick crust of sauce and really tender juicy meat. Sounds like a great idea for this weekend.
