Do You Still Use a Phonebook?

I still use the phonebook. I even have one downloaded to my phone.

We still get one delivered. It's got restaurant menus and coupons inside, and I always check them out. But other than that...it just sits there.

I have not used a paper phone book in probably 10 years. I honestly don't see the point of them anymore! They are just a waste of paper, I wish they would quit making them

Agreed.

It's funny, actually.  I don't even think people who are technology challenged use them much anymore.  Case in point: Just the other day, one of my elderly neighbors called up asking if I could go online to find a number for her, since she doesn't have a computer.  She heard that "you can find out numbers online."

This also after we were delivered on all of our porches the new phone books just a couple weeks earlier. lol

Do you still use a phonebook or look your phone numbers up online?  I try to use FusionCash search to get phone numbers for businesses as much as possible now but still have phonebooks on hand in case I need a residential number.  I still receive a new phonebook each year even though we haven't had a landline in our house for ten years now.  Like us, a lot of people have done away with home phones and aren't listed in the book.

I do if I'm at work and need to quickly look up the phone number and address of somewhere. I can do that faster than using my phone to do it.

I no longer use a paper phone book and I also have not received any on many years. I use the internet to look up numbers.

Very very rarely do I use the phone book ... most of the time I just google

We use the phone book on occasion. My dh uses it to call businesses and compare prices.

Only when I am out of other options
