Help With Crediting the $.05 vaseline offer?

I was having trouble the first couple of days getting credited for this offer. I would do it two or three times a day and still not receive credit. I read in the forum that you should clear your history/cookies out before doing the offer. The last few days I have done this and have had no problems receiving credit for it since. Also, I hit the $1.00 coupon button every time and leave it open a couple of minutes.

You shouldn't need to install the printer to get the credit, just open the page and leave it open a few minutes.  You only need to install the printer if you want to print the coupon.

I use google and wasn't getting credited either til I started clicking the blue button above the video, Not the video and then also clicking print coupon afterwards... no need to print it, but still click the button to be credited

I have not been able to get it to work either.  I tried it on Google Chrome, IE and AOL.  Not sure what's going on with this offer, wish I could get it to work.  The product looks very interesting I would love to know more about it.  It looks as though it's something I would enjoy using.

Even if you don't print it, I have to hit the "Print" button in the pop-up in order to get credit. Give that a whirl!

I have had success using google chrome. It can not hurt to try. I watch the video and then click on the coupon. I can't print the coupon because I don't have a printer but I do click on print. My method has been working. I have gotten credit the last two or three days.

Thanks for the tip.  I'll try that, too, and maybe that will take care of it.

Try clicking on the "watch and save" button that's directly above the video. The video should automatically start after doing so. It worked for me after not receiving credit for the past 3 days. I'm using Firefox, by the way.

Basically try everything! 
I have to do the following steps to get it to credit:
1. Log in to FC
2. Go to Vaseline Offer but don't click yet
3.  Clear cache/cookies
4.  Click on Vaseline Offer, I'll make you Log in again
5.  Click the Watch and Save Button to play video
6.  Click on Coupon button after video is done
7.  Click on the Print Coupon button
Within a few minutes the offer should credit.  I know it seems redundant to have to log in twice, but for some reason, if I clear my cache/cookies then log into FC the video won't credit.  If I don't do even one of these steps, it doesn't credit for me.  Just a quirk of the 1s and 0s on my system I suppose.

Mine wasn't working until I clicked the blue watch, then clicked the coupon to print, even though I didn't print.  Then, it credited.
