I drink nothing but water and every once in a while I will have some sweet ice tea or any other tea. I don't drink much sodas and drinking coffee is a big no no for me; I also drink juice if I am not having water.

I like water, tea or soda but I am not much of a coffee drinker.  In fact it is very rare that I even drink coffee.

what is healthy is drinking water no calories, then comes tea a few calories, followed by coffee decaf which is healther. and if possible stay away from soda. I didn't gain weight until I started drink soda. being diet did not help. it only took 5 months to gain fifty pounds. Now working on getting it off.

I do enjoy a diet coke when I eat popcorn or pizza.

I used to drink pop on occasion but I stopped and I really don't miss it anymore. I drink tea ( hot or cold) and water most days. Sometimes I make coffee for a special treat.

I drink lots of water and I make my own ice tea so that I can have decaffeinated. I drink quite a bit at this time of year but it's harder in the winter.
