I use fresh lemon juice in my water every day to promote bone health.  :star:

This is a wonderful idea to use more lemons in my diet.  :)

Thank you so much for this post.

You've given me something to think about. I think I will make a trip to the store to buy some lemons. Thanks for the information.

Interesting info on lemons.  I'll give it a try, but I'll wash the lemons really well first like the admin posted.

I never knew Lemons was so good for everything.
Wow, that is a good thing to know. I do like the taste of lemon in some of my food. Maybe it will even help with weight loss. I love a good ice cold glass of homemade lemonade on a hot day. It refreshes like no other drink. I think it replaces some of what you lose in sweat. Thanks for the tip.

Thanks this is a great idea. I never thought about using the entire lemon. And yes we usually use the juice and throw away the lemon. But I will definitely give this great idea a try. Hopefully I will be able to get healthy and lean again. Thanks for the 411.

I like iced tea with lemon, real lemon, not that processed stuff in a bottle.

Citrus is good for the liver, it's a natural detox.  I haven't gotten into zesting fresh lemons yet because of the pesticides.  They are absorbed into the rind therefore you can't just clean them off.  Your best bet for this idea is to get organic lemons or grow your own (organically).  I don't have access to many organic foods at my local stores so I'll have to wait to try this one.

Processed foods like pie and juice have added sugar.  Just saying...
