Do you ever hate being late to something, or if you are with someone and they are keeping you from being on time?

Whenever I have plans to do something I make sure I am there at least 20 minutes early. My family is the complete opposite and sometimes think I am crazy. They would say "You have plenty of time, why are you leaving so early?" So I guess I can say I hate being late.

Yes, without a doubt, I hate being late.  I heard from a friend in the military that if you are on time you are already ten minutes late and I try to adhere to that rule.  If I am driving the kids I let them know when I am ready so that if we are late they know that it wasn't my fault.  I always allow myself an additional five minute window when planning on being somewhere.  As busy as I am I am still able to be on time for everything. My son had a coach, once, who was a military pain in the rear. I was working three jobs and was able to make it on time, every time.  He made some comment to one of the other kid's parents about my just barely getting there on time.  Ticked me off enough to take my kid to another team!

It is very annoying when you make sure you make time to be on time and someone keeps you from that its the worst. It makes you look bad

I hate being late im always punctual on doing things. it bothers me when i'm late because it misses up my schedule.

I hate being late!  Try to be on time always, but when everyone seems to need you the last minute for something, it can be very rushed.

I hate it when other people are late...its rude and disrespectful.  I'm never late.

I like to always be on time. I cannot stand to be late to anything.
My little brother and me are the only ones in our family that are always on time to everything. We have to tell the rest of the family the event(whatever it is) starts 30 minutes earlier than it really does, and most of them are always still late.
I, too think it is rude and disrespectful of my time and other's time for someone to be late.
I heard once that you think you are more important than anyone else if you are late.
You definitely are not taking others into consideration if you are. Just my opinion.

I'd rather be early than late for anything. I try to leave early so I get places on time. People that hold me up tend to annoy me.

I've been late my whole life...a habit obviously I have not been able to break...but I have heard if you were born under the cancer sign you are just late no matter how hard you try to be on time  better late than never

Don't necessarily hate to be late but I prefer to be early so I can take the time to look around.

Yes, I hate to be late to the point I'm usually show up real early & have time to kill!

I try never to be late. The other ones that have kept me from being somewhere on time... I learned this lesson... I tell them the appt or whereever I or we have to be at a certain time.. I tell them it is for an hour earlier. That way I am never late any more.  I found this is the only way to make sure I am there when I am suppose to be.. even if I am there or WE are there earlier.
