Validation of Completed Offers
« on: September 13, 2013, 11:47:25 pm »
The staff at Fusion Cash should look into if they are able to pay out on offers -- especially any offers requiring payment -- that did not credit normally at first, but where the member is able to provide a confirmation or receipt.  I know it's possible because another site I am on does it, and I do most all offers that I am actually paying for on that site.

rainman306, I believe that your dilemma here is that occasionally there is a delay in approval for paid offers.  Sometimes they do delay payment to your account balance to verify with the provider things like actual approval of your credit card or that you did not order and return the product or cancel the service.  I think things with a trial period are different, though.  But this site is good at keeping up with approvals and normally everything fitting in within the monthly cycle.  Good luck and sorry to hear that you had issues.  Keep plugging on, though.  FC is the best!

Some of the paid offers were quite awhile ago -- like 6+ months ago, so it's more than just a time delay.  Most offers have credited fine and quickly.  But I believe I have had 2 offers with payment through Fusion Cash that never credited.

I do like Fusion Cash more than my other site(s), but until there is something in place for assitance with crediting issues/partical credits I will have to do my offers requiring payment on my other 2 sites that provide crediting assitance and at least partial credit in such situations.

Otherswise, I really like the Fusion Cash site.

I think the issue with this would be is that FC would have to prove it to offer's host, not you proving it to them. It probably gets very tricky and time consuming to track. There's a lot of factors beyond FC paying us to consider

I know that we all have experienced something like this before and we do not receive credit for an offer that we completed. I have been credited with a completed offer and then a month later had it taken out of my account for some reason or another.

We used to have a "manual credit" system (ended in 2008 if memory serves) but it was rife with abuse.  There are forums where people post confirmation emails from most every offer out there, and then it's just a matter of clicking on the offer and altering the confirmation email to match the time/date.

Some months we had more fake requests than real ones.

So, like many well-intentioned things, it was eventually ruined by the bad apples.  The other primary reason why we don't do these any more, is that advertisers rarely even look at them, let alone pay us for them, largely because of the fraud issues described above -- and I can't really blame 'em!

FC operates on the slimmest possible margins.  I think if you compare payouts from the site that does manual credit to ours, you will find that we are paying more on average - across all offers/opportunities.  We choose to max out the rewards at the expense of out-of-pocket manual crediting.  If you think about it, you are "paying" for those manual credit requests via lower rewards on average.

Anyway, hope this helps!
