Great. Another buck taken away... but no idea why.
« on: September 17, 2013, 09:36:38 am »
Admin, please help me out. My cashout amount that is pending for the 20th just dropped by a buck.
I checked back in my account and found this:
"Referral Bonus: adamst85
   Aug 27th    $1.00    Denied"

But there are no details as to why it was denied. I really work hard to get referrals and if the credits are just going to be taken away without any kind of a reason, it makes me second guess even trying to get them.

Don't panic friend, it happened to everyone. Mine was like $2 or so
I was so happy when it credited to my account after I qualified that offer. And
Days & days past or weeks past and I requested my cash out. While my cash out
was pending, next day I log in my account and found my cash out amount was dropped.
When I checked under my account activities, there was it denied some surveys or signed up
offers that took like one month ago or so. It happened to everyone I believed. Fusion should
give us the reason why denied as accured after credited. :sad1:

I know this question does not apply to this topic, but I don't know how to start a new topic. Can someone tell me how?

this typically happens due to the fact that the items that we have done like a survey the survey company revokes the payment kind of like if they feel you lied or didnt take their survey seriously.  in the case of referrals if their work is rejected then you are not going to get paid for that work either.

Was this referral someone that uses the same internet connection as you or another fusioncash member?
Also if they never complete the full sign up process they referral bonus will be denied

If it's a referral bonus denied, it means something about that user signing up violated the terms of service for the referral program. I suggest reviewing the TOS here: http://www.fusioncash.net/tos.php and if the reason is still unclear submit a support ticket.

I know this question does not apply to this topic, but I don't know how to start a new topic. Can someone tell me how?
When you come to the forum, check which discussion board (ex. offers, payments) you want your topic to go in. Click on that board. In the upper right corner just above where it says last post, there is a blue tab that says Start New Topic. Click it on and you can post your topic. Make sure you post it in the correct discussion board and that it's contributory so others can respond to it.

Thanks for the information. I also did not know how to post. I only knew how to reply.

No, I don't even know the person. I do a lot of advertising by hanging flyers and whatnot, so I don't know who has signed up.

Sure, but this was only the initial $1 bonus that I get for a referral confirming their email.

Wow, that happened to me also.  I got my referral taken away like a month or so later w/no explanation.  I never got around to asking Fc about and just shook my head on it.   :dontknow: :dontknow:  It would be nice to at least get an emailed explanation as to why...just a suggestion.  :confused1:  I concur, getting referrals takes a lot of effort!!!!
SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!

It happens from time to time. Very frustrating. Just try to get more referrals.
