candle talk
« on: September 19, 2013, 02:06:34 pm »
Have you ever found a unique candle?
I have!
I will never burn it nor give it away..
This candle is amazing..
It is a clear candle with barbwire wrapped in it.. and it also has the smell of peaches..
Seriously i have never seen anything like it
but i bet if you burned it
would never be the same...
I love the candle..
Have you ever got a candle that you won't burn or is special or unique in it's own way?

I used to have candles like that, but I just burn them now. It doesn't make much sense to have candles that you never burn.  :dontknow:

Are they really that special? That seems a little like saving your good china and silverware for special occasions only. Nothing wrong with that, but it just seems like you should use things for which they were intended.

On the other hand, candles are much more dangerous than people give them credit for. I've known of many instances where people have left a candle unattended for a short time and had a fire in their home. So maybe you're on the right track not burning them.

I hope you enjoy them always.

I used to have candles and some of them special ones. Since my husband is now on oxygen, I don't get to burn them. I still like the fragrance and aroma therapy. Scent-a-licious.

My favorite candles are the ones for fall and winter.  I love the wonderful aromas of the pumpkin pie, spice, apples, vanilla, peppermint, pine forest, and others that help make the atmosphere so special during these seasons, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

You can get one of those candle warmers and just heat them on it.  No fire and the scent is awesome.
