since i reached the $25 and $15 offer minimum on october 2, i should wait to cashout until october 31 because no matter what id have to wait until the next month(both dates would still mean november) so i have an extra 30 days or so to earn and still get paid in november. does that make sense? haha

Some people like to cashout as soon as they reach the minimum and start working on the next one and others will just wait until the end of the month. It's all about personal preference and how long it usually takes you to earn money.
I usually just cashout a couple days before the end of the month regardless of when I reach the minimum. I'm already at $12.82 so I'll reach $25 way before the end of the month but I'll still wait until around the 29th to cashout

It's up to you when you want to cash out, either in the beginning or by the last day of the month. What I do is try to cash out a few days before the last day so I can get a head start on the next month. The $3 posting bonus is very helpful in me getting a head start.

I like to wait until the end of the month, as that gives me more time to increase my earnings even if if I meet the the 25.00 early in the month, and as you said I won't see in my account until around the 20th of the following month, so waiting and being able to add to the amount is a good deal!

In my experience of all three months cashouts (joke), I like to cashout around the 27th of the month.  That way I'm ready for the next payment but enough days incase life interrups and keep me from requesting my payment or the bonus.

The decision is yours, if you feel it's was a walk in the park for you or you desire a bigger cashout then wait until the 31st, but if you desire to cashout consistently every month then pay close attention to your earning ability as well as time it takes to reach your goal. Best regards!

yes, most people wait until the end of the month to cashout because they will get the money at the end of the next month anyways.

  I always cash out when I want to. Just watch your account and make sure you don't have anything expiring before you cash out.

It up to you, but don't wait for the last minute to cash out.  Sometime because the holiday coming up, this may cause delay.  But don't worry you will get pay.
