Congratulations on your payment! To answer your question, some people can earn a substantial amount per month via references. If a reference cashes out, whoever referred them gets 5 bucks! So, if you have 40 references that cash out in a month, you'll be getting 200 bucks right there!

Congratulations on your first payment.  As for the $200.00 question, this could be possible depending on how much time your putting in on the site, but I believe this is even more possible if you have referrals.

I agree with the above post, couple this with your desire/goal and apply yourself by being consistent, but this will require work such as daily offers, surveys, task, videos etc.

Good for you! No, have no knowledge on just how someone earned $200+ if you are speaking of a single month's earnings. I imagine that if one really devotes the time and effort on Tasks, and if qualifying for the FC surveys it would be quite possible to earn that amount.
