I play Magic. I only mention that because I think that's what you mean, unless you eat paint, which is cool too.

I love to create Floral Designs.  It's so relaxing and helps to keep the mind active and stimulated.   :female:

I love to embroidery, cross stitch and quilt (when I'm not on my computer).  I have been making baby crib quilts lately.  My 90 year-old Granny got me interested in making the baby quilts.
Have a wonderful day!

I love to knit and crochet, particularly when I am doing other things at the same time like hanging out with friends or watching TV. I like to keep my hands busy making something that will eventually be useful to somebody else like sweaters, scarves, mittens, hats, etc.  :notworthy:

I love to read, but nowadays I'm really into audiobooks more than actual reading of text. Right now I'm reading CBS Sportsline NBA Yearbook 2007-08. Basketball yearbooks are in my top 3 books to read.

I love to read also and I adore audio books because I can do house work or walk and still listen. It's a great way to make boring tasks go by quickly.

I thought wetting your whistle was what you like to drink, so I'll say an ice cold beer

I am like kingozzy.  I whet my whistle for a nice cold drink. I stopped drinking beer over 2 and a half years ago.  I was a social drinker, only drinking on certain occasions, so I don't miss it at all.  Otherwise, I like to crochet, write poetry, and I got an idea from Tyler Perry, the actor/writer/director.  He suggested writing to your younger self.  I am thinking about doing it.  Just what do you write about?  What can you tell your younger self about your childhood and the changes you have made to your life?  Just one thing I have considered lately. :o :o :o

I like to experiment with plants. I like to take root stock and graft another type of plant on it just to see what happens. I have come up with some very pretty plants by doing this over the years. I reckon it is more of the unknown that "whets my whistle" rather than just the growing aspect of it. This has not always worked for me though, sometimes it dies because of the incompatibility between the types of plants I play around with. Trial and error makes for some interesting results.
