Has Anyone Heard of or Participated in a "Wine and Canvas" activity?

Last night I went to such an event with my friend.

There were 60 ladies there sitting behind a blank canvas.  We each had our own apron and paintbrushes.
The teacher demonstrated the paint to use and the technique and each of us painted our very own painting.

It was fun!  I even like my painting!

I was just talking to my aunt about this over the weekend we live in suburbs of chicago. She said she went to some bar and they get wine and they paint on this canvas. Like they teach you and provide supplies. It seems like a cool different idea I mean I dont drink but I would try I guess for the fun of it, if it is not that expensive
