I assume you're asking about how to clean an orthodontic retainer. My orthodontist gave me this tip: put it in a cup with water and a little vinegar and let it sit for awhile. Then rinse it and brush it with a toothbrush. Don't use toothpaste it will scratch your retainer.  If you want you can use half of a denture cleaning tab in a cup of water. But the first way is less expensive and it works just as well.  :wave:

You can use mouthwash.  That's what I do.
