If you dont want to download CCleaner, for Internet Explorer, go to Tools, then Internet Options, then in General tab, delete browsing histories and cookies, and close  :D

Yes, to get to Internet Options I always use the shortcut by clicking:  CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE

I also use a program called Glary Utilities. It's completely free and can be downloaded here:  http://www.glarysoft.com/

Cnet provides a very good review of the product which can be read here:

I have both Internet Explorer and Chrome set up to delete all cookies upon exit so I don't have to worry about manually doing it. I haven't had problems with anything crediting in a long time

I know, it makes such a difference when we keep our PC's clean, doesn't it. :)

It is under Internet Options. Another cleaner that is great is CCleaner. Google it and you will find it and it is free too.

This is a very good question.  I learned something by reading this thread.  I tend to forget to clear the cache.  I have heard around the net, that 'shop & earn' rewards had been routed to the wrong provider site when cache clearing could have prevented it.  I have to add this to my routine.

I'm not sure how to clear cookies in Internet Explorer (you could Google it). However clearing cookies definitely is a good idea here before clicking on the survey offers to increase your chances of getting credit for the survey.
