AARP $10K Sweeps

I clicked on the offer for the AARP Tech Savy $10K Sweeps but it takes you to a HealthCast site that doesn't apparently have anything to do with AARP and there are no buttons to click to take you anywhere else.  Looks like a wire was crossed somewhere or someone is misrepresenting.  Wonder if FC knows?:

This offer worked for and it took me to the AARP page to register successfully. I confirmed my email. Within several minutes, I was credited.
