I become increasingly overwhelmed about some things.  It is the fact that things have changed so much.  Otherwise, I accept change as being good.

yes --i sometimes get overwhelmed by being a single mom --the older they get the harder it is to be both parents--having two teenagers is alot of work!! and i have to say girls are harder than boys --seems me and my daughter clash on ever issue that comes up --sometimes i just want to throw in the towel and quit--but then a good day happens and i remember how i wouldn't make it a day without them !!

yes, all the time. I think it is just a part of life. also, I think that's why people pay for expensive vacations once a year. life does slow and when is does, you will miss it.

Life can be overwhelming sometimes. But doing those times I take a break from whatever I'm doing sit back, relax and think of all the people in the world that are having a much harder time than me.  People who would love to have what I have and I realize just how blessed I am. This helps me to keep things in perspective and keep me on solid ground.

I do seem to get very overwhelmed in day to day life. It does not seem like I go a day without being overwhelmed Weather its one thing going wrong after another to adding plans to my busy schedule.
