Multiple Sclerosis is like a punching bag

I came across an internet article that likened ms to a punching bag. Our daily lives punch at this bag and then one day that bag comes back and hits you back. I've been feeling like the bag has been giving me a beating, but I can't stop living because of this stupid sucky disease. Any thoughts?

I think a lot of diseases are like that.  You have good days and bad days.  When you have to live with a disease that they can't do anything about all you can do is deal with it and go on.  And people who don't have to deal with it usually just don't understand.

My daughter also has MS and it's true: it sucks. When she is feeling awful (mostly exhausted) she tries to come home from work, make herself a nice meal and hit the sack at 8 p.m. She usually feels a lot better by the next day. Pamper yourself and get plenty of rest is the name of the game when it comes to MS for sure.v
