Thank you Nancy, your words brought tears to my eyes. I sometimes feel that I was a failure as a parent but I guess I did something right.

Congradulations!

I know that having kid's changes everyones life.. They start out as cute little babies and your life starts being about that child. They grow up and it get's a little harder.. They start wanting to live their own life and get out of the house and be their own being.. You try to keep them on the right track and in school. Then one day out of nowhere they graduate and you tell yourself you did a good job as a parent. You get all emotional and think time sure did fly..
I think it's great to know your kid is on his way. You should feel proud. Not everyone graduates and becomes something better for themself. It's time to pat yourself on the back and say... You did it! You raised him up right! : )

Congrats!!!  That's awesome.  I hope he enjoys his career.  I have no idea what to get him but it sorta depends on what his job is going to be.  If he's gonna be outside in the cold, maybe something to keep him warm.  If he's going to be doing paperwork, maybe a nice pen or something.
