UPS
« on: January 03, 2014, 03:52:25 pm »
Do you trust UPS to get your package where it needs to be? I myself do trust them. I have a UPS account to track my packages and so far so good. Even thru the Christmas rush I was able to get my package on time and left in a safe place if I were not home. :-[ :P ;)

 :thumbsup:I trust them.  I cannot believe that so many people are blaming UPS and FEDEX for them not ordering soon enough to get their packages when a huge blizzard (Nor'ester) is happening.  That is probably the reason they were ordering on line, they couldn't get out of the house.

I have never had a problem with U PS until this christmas season.
The tracking said my package was delivered but I didn't receive it .I thought it must have been stolen
It showed up at my door excatly 1 week after it was supposed to be delivered.
I have never had a problem in 22 years with ups deliveing a package
honestly I think they scanned the package in the truck and forgot to deliver it. :peace:

I prefer packages to be delivered to my PO Box where they can wait safely.  Last year's bad experience illustrated why perfectly when a supplier used UPS with my PO Box address.  They shipped it to the local distribution station, looked up my address and left it in from of my apartment where it was NOT safe by any means.  The customer service people were very nice about it but my dispatcher gave me attitude, told me she'd replace my home address with a return to sender note then slammed the phone in my ear.

There are good UPS delivery people and bad ones. Overall, I trust UPS - there's not too many options outside of them and the US Postal Service.

I trust the UPS employees to do their best to do their job; however, my first choice is to receive packages via USPS so they can put my package in a locked box until I can get it if I'm not home.

I didn't have problem with deliveries during the holidays...partly because...I didn't procrastinate my shopping and ordering online.

Have a great day!

Yes and no. I trust UPS themselves and also use the my choice. I do not like when they pass on my stuff to USPS though. Our mail person is terrible to say it nicely. Our stuff is constantly damaged or never arrives through USPS.
