FC Surveys error Message

Has Anyone Done An FC Survey, Completed The Survey And  Clicked The Tab To Get Credit And Receive An Error Message On The Page. It Happened To Me Twice And No Credit For Survey. ???

Yes, This happened to me yesterday twice.  I copied the error message,and sent in a support ticket.
I  feel we should be credited for it, but who knows. I hope Fusion Cash fixes the problem fast!

Yes this happened to me yesterday on one of the Commercial Studies. Today I have done another Commercial Study and a Study for Moms and I got to the "you will receive your reward" page, but have got credited for neither. I know it take a couple of days however usually, I get credited really pronto - within a couple of minutes.

Happened to me 3 times yesterday.  I stopped doing any surveys.  Did a couple today and they seem fine.  but yesterdays were for a good bit of money and sure don't like losing that  :(

I have gotten a error. Took  FC survey maybe 4 dys ago but was credit for it today. :)

Just out of curiosity, do these "error" messages have anything to do with "Survey Downline?"  I've done two FC Surveys that first sent me to "Precision Sample" and then "Survey Downline."  One of those surveys was completed on 12-11-13 and said that I would receive my credit in "2-4 weeks."  Well, it's almost 4 weeks now (3 more days) and I have received NO CREDIT.

The other survey I completed was today.  It fell under the FC Surveys and was entitled "Unique Goods Study."  When I did not qualify for that survey, they sent me to a "Survey Downline" study about Brands of Cigarettes.  I, too, completed this survey and at the end of it, I got an ERROR page.  I did not receive the penny for not qualifying for the original survey, nor did I receive credit for the survey I DID complete.  I put in a ticket to FC because I feel there's something wrong with Survey Downline and I'm tired of not getting credited for what I complete.

If enough of us complain about these errors, I'm sure FC will look in to them.
