What's the Difference between Google Plus & Google Bookmarks?

They're both available-buttons on my Firefox AddThis-toolbar. Are one's Google Plus posts more-visible than Google Bookmarks posts?

Why don't you try bookmarking fusion and see. I believe your favorites are hidden until you bring the list up and they are then off to the side.
