Bruno Mars half time show
« on: February 02, 2014, 05:15:35 pm »
What did you think of the halftime show? I am not a huge fan of Bruno Mars, but he can definitely sing. I like the "vintage" style the show brought.

I liked the Bruno Mars portion of it better than the chili peppers, especially when he did James Brown.

I was pretty impressed - he's a talented guy.....I had honestly not heard much about him before the game...and I found out the performers don't get paid (though I guess it's a huge audience, which totally makes it worth it)

I didn't know who he was when he performed.  Can't say that I had ever seen or heard of him before then.  I had heard of the Chili Peppers but didn't know who they were when I saw them.  As you can probably tell, I'm very old school rock.
Have a wonderful day!

I really loved the show. I said to my husband they his band rather reminded me of a new age Jackson Five. They were very talented. How on earth Bruno Mars can dance and jump around the stage and still sound in tune is beyond me. I like his music anyway but I really appreciated at the concert how talented he really was. Plus, I wouldn't kick him out of bed for not picking up his socks!

I enjoyed the halftime show more than the game itself,
since it was such a blow out. Bruno has talent, he did a
great job!

I love Bruno Mars and his performance was great! My number halftime performance still belongs to Queen Bee(Beyonce), but Bruno is in second place.

Yeah,I wasn't really aware of Bruno before this.(I'd heard the name before) But he put on a pretty good show. The Peppers were pretty good too.

Google JediJohnnie and May the Force be with you!

I thought it was better then the game itself. He did a good job for sure. it had been a few years since somebody the young performed the halftime show.

I am a fan of Bruno Mars, have been for a long time!  Years ago I predicted that he would be big!
Extremely talented, singing, dance, plays instruments, good looks.  I once said he reminded me of a
young Sammy Davis Jr.  I have only heard good things about his Super Bowl performance.

I used to hate Bruno Mars (I don't know why, he just seems so cheesy), but now I can tolerate him a bit more now. He is a good performer I'll admit. I liked his little James Brown dance he did. Still not a fan though. (I liked when the Red Hot Chili Peppers came on stage. I'm a fan of them, so was jamming.)
