You might try getting to know the Lord.  You'll never have to make another New Year's resolution again.  Thingss will just fall right into place.

I am 55 and have not worked in 10 years (did a couple of temp jobs).  I just completed school and have degrees in Accounting and Information Systems.  I want to work, but there are companies that prefer to hire people who don't want to work.  Just because I am 55, that does not mean that I am not a hard worker. :( :( :( :rainbow:

I have decided to make a resolution this year although I don't normally. I've decided, like so many others, I have to lose weight, get fitter, eat better - this will in turn help to lower my cholesterol and my blood pressure. I've already started, am 4 weeks in and so far, I have lost 12 pounds. I'm so determined to make it work there is no stopping me. My biggest downfall, prior to my resolution, was portion control.

To smile and laugh more is a resolution more people should focus on.  :) I think that's an excellent idea. Nothing's better for the soul! I wish all of those looking for work much luck. I'll need to be diving into that sometime this spring, when it's warm enough for me to walk/bicycle to nearby areas (I don't drive). Penwoir, good job losing 12 pounds in 4 weeks!  :)
