My money went from $43 to $24 a glitch bug???
« on: February 05, 2014, 09:51:31 pm »
I'd like the support staff to look at my account or I am not going to be using fusion cash anymore. I had a balance of over $43 dollars and I saw it went down to $30 something then $24 something

This needs to be looked into or I'm going to make a video cast and steer people away from this program

Thanks,
Ronnie

Earnings expire after 180 days if you don't cash out.

it could be a couple of different things.  like already mentioned your earnings expire 180 days from the date that you receive them.  also if you are using referrals if there work is disqualified you also lose the amount of money you made from them.

If your earnings decreased did you check to see if any of them had expired? There is a 180 day limit to cash out.

Money doesn't just disappear for no reason on here or there wouldn't be some many members earning so much a month

Look at your account page. It would show if the credits were declined or expired. If you completed a bunch of offers without following all the instructions then that money would be revoked. If you don't use the site regularly your money will start to expire. Each offer has a 180 expiration date if you haven't cashed out

Before you start trashing Fusion Cash I suggest you see if it is not your own fault losing your money. I see that you have a newbie status but have been a member for a while so I am guessing you let your credits expire. If you are not willing to put in the effort to keep your account active then you should not be complaing.

On the My Account page, there is a column labeled "Status." This will let you know if earnings were expired, denied, approved, cashed out, etc. I suggest looking through your list to see the status of all your earnings. That will let you know why your balance decreased.

Per FC Terms of Service...            (which you should have read upon joining in 2011) :peace:

RE:  Expiration.

Once an offer or bonus has posted to a user's account, he/she must "cashout" within 180 days.

After 180 days, offers and bonuses expire and are no longer eligible for payment.

Sucks that the offers expire, but I guess there is a reason for them expiring after 6 months. It shouldn't be too hard to reach cashout after six months even if you only do the minimum paid to click offers every day.

You can cashout in 122 days of just the email, paid to click and 5 cents required to do ptc. That's not counting the easy forum bonus, weekly promotions and just occasionally doing offers

Well they should of given u an advance warning, Cashcrate does no do this. I wanted to build my balance to $200 or $500 then create some marketing material

So basically I wasted my time using this site

They put that in there the 180 days knowing people may not cash out thus not having to pay.

I am going to make a video cast to warn others about this, I am not using this program anymore and I'm recommending folks not to use it.

This program is a joke, Cashcrate does not that this. They put that in knowing theres a lot of money they don't have to pay that's why it's in there and it will be exposed on youtube in the future

Wow! why would you wait so long to try and cash anyway?  Also, cashcrate is lame, I have joined a few good sites in the last couple years and they are reliable and have paid, BUT they don't offer as many different ways to make money as this site does.  I haven't even been on this site 2 months and have made almost $80!  FUSIONCASH ROCKS!
