I'm not on it as much as I used to be, but it's still useful for me. I get to check in with relatives who I don't see often and who live elsewhere. Sometimes, someone will post something that will make me laugh, which is helpful if I've had a long day.

Facebook is on the decline, at least that is what I feel. I check Facebook only occasionally, and sometimes even forget to do that.

Facebook is definitely loading themselves with lots of features that makes the site very versatile, but also makes me uneasy about privacy. Also, I worry they'll continue to lose focus as a standard social media channel for connecting and keeping up with people.

I am not sure it seems a lot of people use it to keep in contact with family and friends.   I would say its going up scale!

It's stable, it's still the number one social network for a reason. So you can't say losing it's ground or rising up...

Facebook is slipping...

They keep updating the layout, which I hate...
My newsfeed is mostly filled with people playing games and reposting news articles or little pictures.
I don't use it seriously anymore...just to keep in touch with friends and family in other states.

ugh !!!!  Facebook is driving me crazy.  I wish they would just leave it alone and stop changing things.  I go to bed and get up and the whole page is changed,,,,     You can't find anything anymore.   Leave well enough alone !!!!

I think Facebook is sometimes a good place - especially to keep up with events occurring around our own country and around the world because everyone knows the MSM doesn't report anything the White House doesn't want it to.  To me that means you only get what they want you to hear so by logging onto Facebook you find out about a lot of other real "news"!!!

I love facebook. Its such an easy way to stay in touch with distant family and friends. It does take up alot of my time though i need to start limiting myself to it.

Like you, just keep up with family and friends, I may only visit it once or twice a week. I cannot understand why people (my friends and family included) choose to post personal details of their lives every living moment; to much information!

I think it's losing ground, but it won't fall until a new site that offers the same experience but better comes along, like what happened to MySpace.

It's hard to imagine it being on the rise.  I think it is maintaining just fine though.  I don't personally have any need for it myself.
